Detroit — Swiss-based process monitoring and control systems maker Kistler Gruppe will feature several products at the Injection Molding & Design Expo, taking place May 25-26 in Detroit's Huntington Center.
Products will include:
• ComoNeo, a process monitoring system for injection molding that handles everything from machine setup to process controlling, monitoring and optimization.
• MaXYmos process monitoring systems that allow users to monitor joining processes. In combination with joining modules and a servo amplifier, the maXYmos NC controls, monitors, evaluates and documents XY characteristics of joining and press-fit operations, allowing for 100 percent traceability. The maXYmos TL, in contrast, is a multichannel XY monitor for more complex measuring tasks.
• Electromechanical joining modules for simple joining processes. The NCFE joining module is specifically intended for simple joining processes, while the NCFR enables joining processes in combination with rotary movements.
• Vision inspection: Automated optical inspection systems allow for 100 percent testing and sorting of series parts, bulk goods and continuous materials.
